DBAMNU RECOVER

  Recover the database from a .RBF file using RMU/RESTORE
  and/or RMU/RECOVER. The .RDF file must exist before the
  restoration can begin. Note that the database is dropped
  before being restored using an SQL DROP DATABASE
  command. If the database drop fails, the database is not
  recovered.
