DBAMNU RESTORE

  Restore the database from a .RBF file using RMU/RESTORE.
  The .RBF file must exist before the restoration can begin.
  Note that the database is dropped and its after image journal
  files deleted before being restored using the same sequence as
  the DROP step. If the database drop and subsequent attempt
  to delete its files fails, the database is not restored.
